Aluzinc Corrugated Sheet is a type of steel that has been coated with zinc and aluminum to improve its corrosion resistance. Galvalume steel is manufactured using a continuous hot-dip process in which the steel substrate is immersed in a molten bath of zinc and aluminum. This causes a protective layer of zinc-aluminum alloy to develop on the steel's surface. The alloy coating provides two types of protection: aluminum for barrier protection and zinc for galvanic protection. ALUZINC CORRUGATED SHEET has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and formability, making it ideal for a variety of applications such as roofing and construction.
Aluzinc Corrugated Sheet surface of the galvanized steel plate has a unique smooth, flat and gorgeous star flower, and the base color is silver-white. The special coating structure gives it excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of galvanized sheet can reach 25 years. It has good heat resistance and can be used in high temperature environments of 315°C. The coating has good adhesion to the paint film and has good processing performance, and can be stamped, sheared, welded, etc.; Surface conductivity is very good.
Aluzinc Corrugated Sheet coating composition consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process of galvalume-coated steel sheets is similar to that of galvanized steel sheets and aluminum-coated sheets, and is a continuous molten coating process. ALUZINC CORRUGATED SHEET with 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating have superior corrosion resistance compared to galvanized steel sheets of the same thickness when both sides are exposed to the same environment.
